Firstly, sincere thanks to An-Nasihah for making the files available. I have been searching for this South African print 13 lined quran for ages now and even considered scanning it myself at one stage. Anyways, for those who want to view it in Acrobat from right to left i.e. view the pages as if you were reading the actual print version, I've uploaded the file to Rapidshare:
Please forgive me if there are any errors in terms of pages being in wrong order. Buzz me ASAP if you've noticed any such errors. To view it in right-to-left mode or 'koran' mode [as I would prefer to call it], in Acrobat navigate to: View > Page Display >Two-Up
